At AIREVO, we prioritize your health and safety. Since our products include food and consumable items, strict hygiene standards are maintained. For this reason, our return and refund policy is limited and follows industry standards similar to leading platforms like Amazon.

1. Non-Returnable Products

• Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food items, products once opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded.

• Items without their original packaging or seal will not be accepted under any circumstance.

2. Eligible Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:

• You received the wrong product.

• The product was damaged during delivery.

• The product was delivered in a defective condition.

• The product is expired or near expiry at the time of delivery.

3. Time Frame for Returns

• Eligible return requests must be placed within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

• Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) and supporting photos/videos of the issue are required.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• For approved returns (wrong, damaged, defective, or expired items), AIREVO will bear the full return shipping cost.

• Customers will not be required to pay any additional charges for eligible returns.

• For cases not covered under the “Eligible Returns” section, shipping costs will not be refunded.

5. Refunds

• Once your return request is verified and approved, we will issue a refund or replacement at our sole discretion.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to our error.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

7. Exceptions & Disclaimers

• Taste preference, personal dislike, or minor packaging variations will not qualify for returns or refunds.

• We are not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by courier partners once the product is shipped.

• AIREVO reserves the right to reject any return/refund request if it does not meet the above conditions.

• Any modifications will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
